I've heard that she's a quite hard boss to kill. How many kills do you guys think that I could get per trip if I went there with my friend in maxed melee gears?

You could get over 9 kills if you and your friends work as a team, there's certain strategy you could use to save food with.

As a duo you can probably get about 5-8 kills if the person who is being focussed by Zilyana runs around the sides to not get hits from her.

I'd suggest using this method when you have atleast a team of 3 or 4 people, because when one of the two runs from Zilyana only one of the two can deal damage to her which will take for ever.
Which means that during that time you're still taking damage from the minions.
FYI: Since last update the Saradomin minions the Saradomin sword got removed from their droptable.

It might take long but you'll still be able to do a lot of kills.

If you use the hit and run method and as mentioned below you might be able to do 5 kills, if succesfully done then maybe even 10.
We can go kill Zilyana if you're intrested.
