asking for new section

hey there,
ineed to ask the website/forum developer to make a new section called skill guide and this section iwould like to superfise on it (like to make changed in it),in addition puting the skill guides will be my responiblity.so ihope u guys accept this demand

We already have guides section lol.
And by suggesting a section you will not get a permission to lead it.
