3rd age armour. It is currently the best defensive armour.

Neitz is still like 1/3th better (double str bonus too)  https://emps-world.net/wiki/Helm_of_Neitiznot

Nezzy is being used with bandos so...I was like it's including the bandos gear itself,  hat was like the replacement :p

I'd definitely use Third-Age armour as a replacement for Bandos.

He's an Ironman, The Nezzy can be obtained at CW and is a good helmet, Torso is also rather good for a top if you don't have anything better.
