I think they're not introduced to the game yet.
So no, I don't think so

Would be a good suggestion to give as an Easter quest reward though

They were available in Emps Scape but not in Emps World (yet) ;)

Did you get it in a drop party?
I got fireworks in one and as far as I know they're only obtainable by spawning them in

A drop party??? as well as i know i havent been to any drop paries... but it may be possible because i was maximum level 20 at the time i got it... well from my bank tabs... i have noob items at front edc...

So what you're saying is that it just randomly appeared in your inventory one day without you doing anything?
If that's the case my best guess would be that item IDs changed.

Some players could still obtain them in Emps-world. Lots of players have it. Maybe you had the quest uncompleted and you completed it now?

It could be anything because i was a adventurer and i dont actually remember anything of it that i failed and died... lucky me i got my stuff back :D
