I have two questions I want to ask.
1. What's the maximum players online in this server?
2. Why hasn't GE been re-release yet?

@2. The first release contained bugs that made players abuse it and dupe items.
Once it's perfectly done without any bugs I'm sure he'll release it right away :)

I'm an ex-staff. We have been testing it and it's for sure not ready yet for a release.

I forgot a question but I just wanted to ask this question as well.
What do you suggest the reason as to why this server is losing player? I leave this server because of one particular update and that's the HD update. I've never ever like the HD RS version because its laggy for my computer and the character looks dumb af (my opinion). So that's my reason I leave this server. But I'd love to see people's reasons as to why they leave this server and why its losing people. Thanks.

Shutdown? When is that and why?

Yaz ment when Emps-Scape got shutdown, we lost a lot of players after that happend. Not everyone returned when Emps-World got released.
About GE, it's up to Thomy when he wants to release GE, this will most likely be when he's certain there are no abuseable bugs there anymore.

1.yeah first reason why we dont have that many players we used to have, is that not many people know that Emps is back.
Second reason is probably that people move on, they either find new interesting games or just given up gaming in general and moved on with real life. you simple cant play same game forever, can you?
2. G.E will be released when Thomy thinks its right time.

About the GE:
World Three was open to players to test the Grand Exchange but most players just went on there to fuck around and pk without any risks and buy rares from the ge, so Thomy closed it again. Nice job everyone, by the way.

I'll just hope to answer everything in one go.
GE - We had a public test in world 3 for a long while, players reported some of the bugs and they were fixed. Thomy decided to release it and within about 10 minutes someone already explained how to dupe on the shoutbox. The server was then rolled back to before the update and the GE was disabled, as was w3. Thomy has plans on releasing it later, there are no details on when.
Playercount - We have about 150-170 on during weekdays and 200-250 during weekends. That's not really an accurate representation of our total users as we have a lot of users that aren't all that active. As for why we don't have as many players as during emps-scape, there are a few reasons.
The shutdown, jagex shut down emps-scape at some point. Jagex changed their policy on private servers a long while later so it was allowed to bring it back up again. A lot of old users weren't informed it was back up and some moved on to other servers or games. Rsps dying in general, the playercount of all servers has been lowering for a long while. People that grew up with runescape are growing older and are losing interest in the game. There is also OSRS which has taken a lot of players from private servers, especially with updates like f2p and bonds.
We won't suddenly get back to 1k playercount with an update or two, it's a really slow progress. We have been gaining players as of late, or at least have more active players. Just be patient with the server and maybe try to help gain players.

2- There is no GE anymore , GE was suggested on 1/1 , It has been 9 months , so I think Thomy was trying to take attention's people to get some players but he failed.(NO offence)
