I really don't understand why we need it... I'm talking about zooming speed. One wrong move my finger does and i'm exploring pixels of my characters face. Ya na mean. Is this light speed zooming necessary?

I don't understand what you're talking about. My zooming hasn't changed at all since last update. This may be your mouse settings.

Do you by any chance have logitech smooth scrolling enabled on your pc? (Or any other smooth scrolling settings?)

I can't find now.. This speed is like one week or somthing.. Can't find it in updates..

It was changed with the last update, wasn't written in update notes though. Basically they matched scrolling speed ingame with your mouse's scrolling speed. For me personally it made scrolling super-slow, but thomy already made it a bit faster.
Try changing you mouse scroll speed values, perhaps it helps :)

This "speed of light" you were talking about only happen with software renderer client. If you play on hardware renderer client it should just be perfect.

If you do have it on, just minimize emps for a second and it should work nicely
I myself have logitech smooth scrolling enabled and this fixes the issue for me

The zooming speed is increased indeed. I mentioned it yesterday.

It happens when I go on my bank, but I'm on a shit laptop and I like it about zoomed out halfway now it's either right in or right out I was happy before because i don't have a scroller on my laptop lol
