I've not looked but have you looked to see if one of the latest forum moderators have been announced (not sure who that would be)? I would have assumed they are in fact announced but they've simply just not promoted someone as of late. Because I'm sure they are announced, not sure - could be wrong.

How come they are not announced?
If es dexter says "come to Skype" it means whoever he asked to come 2 Skype gets a ränk.
If he asks that on shoutbox, that's an announeememcent. :kappa:

Actually, Otto (Someone11262-whatever numbers), was promoted to Forum Mod yesterday or the day before.
