Title: Odd one out

A while ago i placed an npc in world 1 to an urban area, your job is to find the npc and post a picture of it and its location on this topic in order to win this event.

Reward is an old-school rare of your choice.

More clues: It's an humanoid npc, that means it is the size of a regular player.

you can know the right answer by checking both worlds, the npc i placed is only in one of the worlds.
