Been recently looking into new parts as well and gtx 1050ti seems like a very solid card for medium level gaming. It's also far more popular than the amd card.

1050Ti performs better but costs slightly more but I'd say it's worth the money over RX 560.

Overall the 1050 Ti is a tiny bit better but also like 10-20 bucks more expensive depending on where you live. AMD GPUs have FreeSync if you're into that. Nvidia has the G-Sync.
