It's because you have some processes with high cpu usage open.
And as Karel said you can end Windows Search Index because it takes up too much cpu usage.

I don't know much about my internet either. It's kind been like this for as long as I can remember. My dad said we had something called Fiberoptimisms? Or something like that. And I have the internet box in my room, so maybe that's why it's so fast.
