Oh wait I read player instead of players. Yes, other players did see the same thing which is pretty obvious given their reactions in the gif. I am unsure whether the guy who died saw it as well, but I assume he did.

I also wouldn't be so fast to call it a graphical glitch as he was 100% dead (0hp, death animation you name it) but he didn't actually die. If he didn't get hit a 49 right after the gif ended he would have lived even though he was 0 hp 2 seconds earlier.
