Thanks for the "make all" but it seems to be fucked a bit.
Each time i click "make all" on addy arrow tips(apparently happens to rune bars too), i get 5 arrow tips instead of 15 and extra 260gp for a bar? Seems super random.

I tested it by clicking 'make all' and then canceled after each bar and kept repeating to get that extra 260gp for each bar.

Can't be arsed to record it because my upload speed is trash.

So i did some testing, I was able to turn the following items into coins for each bar....

Bronze bars:
Full Helm
arrow tips
Platelegs
Mace
Warhammer
Battle axe

Iron bars:
Full Helm
Arrow tips

Bullseye Lantern
Platelegs
Mace
Full Helm

Someone reported that cannonballs also turn into coins, after multiple tries I wasn't able to produce the same result.

if one was to manipulate the rune platelegs price in grand exchange would that change the amount you get while smithing?

While I know this bug is annoying, it's absolutely nothing serious to worry about. What happens is that some of the bars are sold to the general store when clicking the 'Make all' option. It will be fixed with the next patch, thanks for amount of information provided. Could immediately fix it.
