So uhm, u can safespot saradomin boss by pushing her into the south wall. You just have to get Zilyana between the wall and you and then step closer to the wall. If you then walk right next to the wall she won't be able to move, only if you move away from the wall she will come out again. Loot you get will drop inside the wall but you can pick it up by standing next to it.
Cool feature tho.
