Client crashing

My cllient crashes every time I click play and I end up with a file on my desktop after every crash titled "hs_err" followed by four numbers. Does anybody know how to fix this? I have re-installed the client, updated Java, even removed and re-installed Java and nothing seems to work...

Have you tried the solutions listed in the following thread? if so, create a ticket in the helpdesk and will have a look into your issue.
