Title: client crashes

when u minimise client couple times its getting freeze and crashs, sometimes whole pc gets freeze

Can you show me your game settings and ::openglinfo?

Also, do you get a WatchDog popup including a crash log? That'd be good for investigating the possible issue.

I'd appreciate if you could send the latest file that was reported to you through the WatchDog popup.

Updating your GPU driver will also improve the situation. Your driver version is 353.62 which was released in 2015. This may help: https://emps-world.net/forum/faq-and-rules/troubleshooting/?~18745

That's not possible but feel free to appeal your ban at the heldpesk. You can either attach the file to this topic or make a helpdesk ticket about it. Updating your GPU drivers should fix the problem though.
