Silver sickle is made by using a Silver bar on a furnace whilst also having a Sickle mould in the inventory. Doing so requires a Crafting level of 19 and gives 204 experience when made.

The Silver sickle can be operated to grow Mort myre fungi in the swamp from rotting logs. It's also usable on rotting branches and small bushes giving you mort myre stems and pears. Those don't have any usage yet though. Silver sickle drains your a prayer point every 23 seconds and drains 13 prayer points every time you use the operate option.
