The Silver sickle can be operated to grow Mort myre fungi in the swamp from rotting logs. It's also usable on rotting branches and small bushes giving you mort myre stems and pears. Those don't have any usage yet though. Silver sickle drains 12 prayer points every time you use the operate option.
