The Kharidian Desert is a members area south of Al-Kharid where you can do multiple things. The whole desert is a huge second wilderness, where you can safely fight other players without losing any items. You can also train thieving in Pollivneach, fight Kree'Arra and do the quest Desert Wars here (for more information, check Quests). The main way of transportation in this huge desert are magical carpets. Talk to the man next to these carpets to fly with them to multiple cities in the desert.
