I. General Information:
Agility is a skill to let your character run longer and deal with all sort of shortcuts.
When you level up your agility, there will be more shortcuts available and your running energy will charge faster.
Also your running energy will be increased till a maximum of 250% with an agility level of 99.
To train agility you have to be a donator member and you need to have the quest Barbarian Assistance successfully completed!
II. Agility courses:
There are three agility courses available where you can train your agility.
These are:
1. Barbarian course
2. Brimhaven agility course
3. Wilderness agility course
4. High Barbarian agility course
III. Locations:
Barbarian course and Barbarian High agility course:How to get at Barbarian outpost?as first you have talk with Galahad. (Galahad is only there when you've completed Barbarian Assistance)
Once you talked Galahad he'll teleport you to the Barbarian outpost.

Brimhaven agility course:How to get at Brimhaven Agility course?At The first red dot you have to pay 30Gp. when you payed the 30Gp you'll go to karamja.
The third red dot is the location of Brimhaven agility course.
You'll have to climb down the stairs in the corner of the shop.
Wilderness agility course:How to get at Wilderness agility course?First you have to talk with Kolodion he is located in edgeville.
He'll teleports you to the mage arena. Once you arrived at the mage arena pull the lever and youll go into the wilderness.
When you entered the wilderness follow the red line in the picture.
IV. Barbarian CoursePlayer can't fail on this parcour so players don't have to take food with them.
Also players don't need any requirement agility level.
To gain the most experience at this course, you have cross all the agility obstacles in the right order.
A fully completed course gives you 2860 agility experience.
TIP: Low weight and energy potions might help to do the course quickly as possible and multiple times.

V. Brimhaven agility course
Brimhaven arena isn't a course where you can complete a lap to gain experience.
At this course you can train at one single obstacle to level your agility.
anyways, for this arena you need a required agility level of 40 to cross the first obstacles.
a higher agility level is recommended, because you can fail a lot at the obstacles with as risk you get damage.
Also some obstacles require level 50 agility.

VI. Wilderness agility courseThe wilderness course requires 65 Agility to enter, but an agility level of atleast 85+ is recommended.
because falling at the happens regulary at any agility level. but the higher your agility the less you'll fall.
TIP: When you going to train agility at the wilderness course don't take alot of equipment and not too many valuable stuff.

VII. Barbarian High agility courseBarbarian high agility course can be completed with atleast an agility level of 90.
Compared to the wilderness arena this one is much more safe.
player can go to this course by talking to galahad (same way as barbarian course)
Player won't fail on the first obstacles but further in the course you can fail on some obstacles.
And because you can get some damage, food is recommended.
For this course are the same rules be active as for the normal barbarian course: "If you do this course in the right order you'll gain the most experience.
A fully completed course will give you 10670 experience.

VIII. ShortcutsWhen you train agility level you'll be able to use shortcuts.
Shortcuts will enable you to reach some places in an easier and quicker way.
Shortcuts won't give you any agility experience and shortcuts are only usable for player with an active membership and the required agility level.
Obstacle pipe:
Location: At the start of Barbarian dungeon to Blue dragons
Strange floor:
Location: At the start of Barbarian dungeon to Poison spiders
Spikey chain:
Location: At the ground and first floor of the Slayer tower
Chasm
Location: In the Rellekka slayer dungeon to the Cave horrors
Crevice
Location: In the Rellekka slayer dungeon to the Warped terrorbirds
IX. Agility ticketsAgility tickets can be obtained at brimhaven agility course.
When you have arrived at brimhaven agility you'll have to wait some seconds till you see a red arrrow in the minimap.
when you see the Arrow walk fast as possible to the red arrow. (when you come closer this will change in a yellow arrow)
when you arrived at the red arrow click on the ticket dispenser and you'll receive one agility ticket.
The time you have to walk to the next ticket dispenser is one minute.
Because every minute the ticket dispenser will change of position.
If you miss a ticket dispenser you won't get tickets, and you have to walk to the next ticket dispenser. (you won't get tickets this round)
To change your agility tickets into fabulous rewards, you have to trade Pirate Jackie The Fruit.
